This is an excellent lot if you want to jump right into Tru Scale collecting. The amazing thing is that after all these years, these implements work as if new. These were produced anywhere from the late 1950's to late 1960's. You get 7 pieces, and I'd prefer to sell the lot as one- but message me if you want individual pieces. I'll review all reasonable offers. I think there is more value to this set that came from the same home than if you were to assemble these individually. Details of each are:
Tractor T-401: Excellent original rubber. Wheels spin freely with no wobbles. Muffler missing. Front steering is not attached to the steering wheel, so it's not steerable if you plan to roll it around as a toy farmer. Probably the most played with of all the toys; see pictures for paint scratches.
Combine C-406: This gem is a toy time capsule. When pulled, the axle activates the chains to rotate the reel and move the cotton belt. Belt appears to be original. The tongue lever moves the head up and down for road transport. The auger rotates. Every part works as designed.
Disc Harrow D-405: Has plastic discs, so maybe the is from the later run of production. The rear harrows move according to steering. It raises up and down with the tongue lever. All harrows rotate and move as they should.
Wagon W-402: This flare wagon looks to have been hardly used. Rear door slides up and down. The box lifts off the running gear and you can put a flatbed on the chassis; see next item- flatbed.
Flatbed F-413: Mounts with four slots to the wagon chassis. What the previous sticker was, I do not know. I think this is a more rare piece, as it could easily get lost over time. Minor paint chips and marks.
Loader L-407: The levers and chain makes this move as it should. It loosely mounts to the tractor with two clips that go over the tractor chassis. I say loosely because it seems to be missing a third component that would keep it tight, or maybe it needs further adjusting. Minimal scratches, good paint.
Elevator: This completely works as it should. The belt moves according to the crank. Another crank wraps up the string to raise and lower the body. Wheels spin freely. String appears original and in decent shape.
