The smaller bottle is molded with the words E & J Burke, who were Edward and John Burke- Irish brewers, distillers, and importers based in New York. They were bottlers and importers of Guinness and Bass Ale from 1874 to 1953. They were taken over by Arthur Guinness and Sons, and their New York facilities were used to brew Guinness Stout in the 1940's. I cannot say the smaller bottle is a Guinness, as it seems to be an 8 oz size. It may be for liquor; unsure.
