Nothing like the character of true vintage bull horns. These have been in our family since the 1950s when my grandparents traveled in their 59 Chevy out west. These are a massive 4 feet wide and 1 foot tall from the base to the tip (1 foot sticking out of the wall). If you mount them to your car, it'll take up most of the hood width!
I cleaned them up and gently reconditioned the leather. Parts of the leather are torn, but not loose. I re-attached any loose leather and lined up the rips. Everything is solid here. Tips are intact. The wood mount has the name Weyerhaeuser 4-Square, which is the name of the lumber- not the maker of these horns. Mount is slightly loose, but the screws are tight and does not affect the hanging of this. It's delicate, so I didn't push it much by modifying the mount.
Overall, these are really awesome and one of a kind vintage conversation piece!
