P.S. & W, which was Peck, Stow & Wilcox Company from Connecticut. They were in business from 1870 to about 1950. These tools were high quality which quickly made them a giant in the tool and hardware business. Non-ratcheting version.
Unmarked one. Looks very similar to the PS & W one. Has a ratchet that works. I cannot find any stampings on this. Could be quite an old one based on the construction.
