Jones and Laughlin Steel Company was a historic company in Pittsburgh that was known for making steel for bridges, along with many other products. This was one of them apparently. Sold as an empty can, this could be used for a variety of uses around the shop or farm. Milwaukee, Wisconsin is known as Cream City because of the clay found there to make cream colored bricks found in many brick buildings to this day.
The can is about the size of a bucket (5 gallons) and has been well used! See pictures for details. Missing a cap, has a dent in the top, and various rust. I cleaned it up so it's not dirty to the touch. Great colors and would make a great item for your bar or can collection!
